• Household items are accepted once a month by appointment only via our online calendar scheduler (see below).  This scheduler opens up at 9:00 a.m. on the 26th of each month for the following month. Please do not open the calendar page prior to 9:00 a.m.  Appointments will NOT be available until the scheduler is launched.

• Each consignor MUST have his/her own email address in order to book an appointment.  Look for the “gold” circles when making your appointment.  If gold circles do not appear, that means all appointments are booked.

Consignments are accepted on Mondays, Tuesdays,  Wednesdays, and Thursdays,  10 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Received at the Graustark Street entrance – parking available in the back parking lot – look for the designated consignor parking signs.

Each item consigned must be able to be priced at $10 or more with the exception of books and seasonal items, which may be priced lower.

Up to 15 items accepted.

Items must be clean and in good working condition.

No missing or broken/chipped pieces will be accepted.

Charity Guild Shop retains the right to determine pricing but consignors are encouraged to suggest prices, especially on more expensive items.

Charity Guild Shop must sometimes impose limits and restrictions on items, due to lack of space for display.

We cannot accept any large items that cannot be placed safely on a shelf.

After 60 days, any unsold items become the property of Charity Guild Shop.

Form for Household Consignments.

Accepting in January:

• Household items and small appliances in good, working condition, excluding toasters
• 1 set of fine china or pottery; No partial sets
• Sterling
• Crystal glassware in sets of 4 or more
• Lamps – 1 or a matching pair
• Books (10 max, considered one line item) – NO dictionaries, encyclopedias, textbooks, SAT/ACT study guides and similar reference books
• Tiffany, Waterford, Baccarat, Lladro and similar
• Valentines and Rodeo decor

Not accepting in January:

• Toys, games, puzzles and dolls
• All Art, unless  Gallery Art (please email art@charityguildshop.org for approval)
• Wall decor, metal and word art
• Artificial flowers 
• Gardening and home tools
• No single glasses or mugs

FURNITURE must be consigned through the Furniture Department by email.

GALLERY ART must be consigned through the Art Department by email to art@charityguildshop.org

Seasonal Household Consignment Schedule:

Seasonal and themed household items will only be accepted during these times:

• Valentine’s Day: January
• Rodeo: January – February 13th
• Easter: February – March 15th
• Halloween:  September
• Fall:  September – October 9th
• Thanksgiving:  September – October 9th
• Christmas: October – Nov. 13th

Charity Guild Shop gratefully accepts donations of acceptable items at the Customer Service desk at anytime.
